Dbol Cycle and Advice.
Post Body

Hello, A long time lurker about to start a new cycle, and trying to do it the right way this time around. I did a 10 week cycle with Anavar about 2 years ago, and I just winged it.

Bloodwork: I used this recommended panel, and the results are here. I'm not sure if this is enough but if anyone has another recommendation, I'm all ears.

Note about white blood cells, I had a blown COVID the day after this test. I wasn't aware of the infection at the time of the test.

Current weight: 149. Height: 5’5” Age: almost 40.

Experience: Almost 15 years of lifting, was a powerlifter for about 6 years. Currently just still lifting.

Current training: Lifts weights 4 times a week. Cardio consists of incline walking for 30 mins, 4 times a week. At least 10,000 steps 4 times a week.

Current supplements: NAC (asthma, and respiratory health), Vitamin D (I hate the sun), and Vitamin C.

I'm looking to start a Dbol cycle by Mid-January. Cycle length: 8-10 weeks, length depends on side effects. Starting at 5mg and working up to 10mg.

Training will stay the same. Cardio will stay the same. Calories will be 2000-2300, carb cycling.

Supplements will also stay as is, but would like recommendations on advisable additions.

I will retake bloodwork after the cycle and/or mid-cycle.

Please let me know if I'm missing something, any advice is appreciated.
