Post Body

First, it should be mentioned that I am a 40 year old woman with children aged 10 and 15. English is not my native language, so apologies for any spelling mistakes or poor phrasing. I train every day, either cardio or heavy strength training. I have been using anavar for about 3 months, took a month off, and have now started again. I started with 5 mg morning and 5 mg evening. After a while I took 10 mg in the morning.

I have put on many kilos. Maybe 10 kg in three months, but it is a lot of muscle mass. I don't feel like I need any further changes in my appearance and I really don't want to gain any more weight. My stomach feels "Big and fat" but I guess that's also because the muscles are growing behind the belly skin, which has been loose for a few years due to pregnancies and being overweight. Or what? I have suddenly become very hungry too. Is this normal with anavar? (I had a gastric sleeve surgery 3,5 years ago)

Can you just stop taking anavar and what happens to my body then? Will I quickly become weak again? And will the muscles turn into fat? (I would still be Working out daily. Rest days are cardio-days). I would also still be thinking about my diet.

I'm considering using the obesity medication Wegovy. Is there anyone who has combined the two? Primarely because I ger so hungry when using anavar)

I hope someone can share their experiences or recommendations.

Unless you don't mind developing secondary male sex characteristics, you should be spending equal time/longer off cycle than on cycle - if you spent 8 weeks on anavar you should be spending AT LEAST 8 weeks but preferably 10-12 weeks off before starting again. 10kg also sounds like a lot of weight gain for 3 months, the majority of that is unlikely to be muscle even with the use of anabolics.
