I've seen so many posts about people finishing their clen cycles early because they couldn't manage the side effects.
But honestly... How bad are we talking? Do the cramps make it near impossible to function or is it just discomfort? Do you feel so hot that you're constantly nauseous and sweating or just to a level where it's slightly more noticeable than normal? With the anxiety is it underlying and slightly exaggerated or so bad you're shaking and can't get out of bed?
I know everybody's tollerance is different, but I'm curious about clen and how it realistically impacts functioning in day to day life. So many posts I read are all just "It's so awful and never worth it" but honestly I think the reality is many of us have put WAY worse in their bodies and have many of the side effects without using clen that we manage day to day... Which is making me think "how bad can it possibly be?"
So wondering if it is pure torture and as unbearable to manage as most people claim it is, or more just uncomfortable and different from being natty. All experiences/stories are super welcome!
It's completely individual. I was on 40mcg for 4 weeks and had very little side effects, had some heart flutters in the morning when I would take it, and heart palpitations at night but other than that I had no issues. I say that as someone who has struggled with anxiety for years as well, I found the "anxiety" related to my clen use tolerable because I knew what was causing it.
For me it wasn’t good. Shaking mainly in my head area like spasm, a deathly cramp in my pec at the gym that made me think I was going to die due to the severity, terrible shin and calf cramps, felt like I was going to have a heart attack
