Hi, all! It's me again, the fat woman who had a bisalp last year.
Today, I went to a new gyno who actually listened to me, and before I knew it, I was approved for a robotically-assisted hysterectomy! Right now the plan is to do it around December (so I can avoid missing too much work), so while I don't know all the details yet, I'm very excited. No more uterus and cervix for me!
I still have to do an endometrial biopsy, ultrasound, and fight insurance beforehand, but I'm cautiously optimistic. Having said that, if anyone had tips for the endo biopsy, please let me know.
And if you have any questions about my bisalp experience as a fat woman, or anything related, feel free to ask.
Thanks!
