I had to revise my last post, because I think my point was being lost.

Above is the link to my last post about the court date, and the situation. My SO took BM to court over SD3 for a parenting plan. The judge told my SO that he would not accept the parenting plan, because SO and BM have not worked together AT ALL to agree on the parenting plan. The judge informed them both that if he made a decision on the parenting plan, that neither parent would be happy about it. Judge informed SO that he needs to file a motion for a temporary parenting plan.
After the court hearing, my SO talked to BM. He got to see his daughter for the 2nd time ever at a park, and talked with BM about how to proceed. They agreed to take things slow with visitations and work up to overnight trips. Sounded like it would work out great! They agreed that after SO builds a relationship with SD, that they would file the parenting plan together
But now, two weeks later with no visits since the day of court, BM2 is not working with SO to allow him to see SD. She is unemployed and lives with her family. She has no car, no license, so SO is offering to drive the 2 hours from his residence to see SD. BM will never commit to an actual meeting, will wait to reply until the proposed meeting time, or simply ignore his requests.
Today I am going to the court (SO lives 2 hours from the court, so sends me to file and drop off forms) to see if we can get a packet for a temporary parenting plan. It just blows my mind that she would make all these promises, and commitments to co-parent, then immediately go back on her word!
