I'm currently in the process of trying to read The stand for about the 3rd time and I'm coming to a point where id like to know if it gets any better. I'm on page 87 just after the part where Frannie is talking to her parents about giving up the baby. Does it get any better from this point because i had to force myself to read that part, i didn't enjoy it at all.
