I have messaged about this before , it's a frustrating part in my life. So again I'm involved with cps this will be the third accusation. But the first time my wife has been home to witness the even and fully understand nothing happened. I've been accused of throwing my step daughter out and putting my hands on her. The night was a discussion of removing a vape from the house as we didn't approve of it, and a discussion of them coming home stoned and we not approving of it. I had also called there school and asked them not to proved razors as they were cutting them selves. They started cursing us out I'm a f joke and when they told my wife to shut the f up. She told them to leave . I told her to go after her and she drove up the road . She decided to go to her BF house and they talked for that night the next night , and then they had a appointment Friday so i said you should take there school bag and take her. She was told they had it taken care of, she went to the appointment and was told to leave and drop the school work off at the school. Later that day she got a call from cps saying they felt it was a dangerous place for her and my wife needed to drive her to a shelter 3 hours away and she had no choice but to do it. So we planned on doing this . That is when I found out i wasn't aloud and I was the issue so I couldnt attend. It 4pm I'm coming from an hour away and my wife's at an appointment with kid number 2. My wife's not a great night time driver. Her bio dad screened shot and sent us messages on what was going on. We know her plan is to have social services pay for her housing as she has friends having it done now. My BIL said she's this way because I don't encourage her .

I did email a lawyer and after the above comment I feel like maybe I should walk away let my wife support her. This issue has been going on for 10 years with molestation charges on the step kid , for our three kids . Constantly taking them to programs to help them out . Police, ambulance at our house for attempted suicides, 5 ambulance bills, a SA accusation that came back to be false.

I feel the best thing for my wife and them is to bow out .
