Zanki Pathology vs Duke's Pathoma

I am considering studying all pathology content from Duke's Pathoma and skipping the pathology sections in Zanki, i.e. for each organ system in Zanki, I won't do the "pathology" cards but instead will do Duke's Pathoma for pathology. Will I be at a disadvantage if I do not do the pathology sections in Zanki organ systems decks, but rather use Duke Pathoma?
