Step Decline..

Over the last few months, I have been studying with increasing block and NBME scores into the 60s. I recently signed up to take Step 1 for the 2nd time and now I am getting scores in the range of 45-55... I don't get it. I passed a CBSE on July 27th with a 92% chance of passing Step. Now UW Self Assessments 1 and 2 have been bad after that..
