Hello!

I recently purchased an Arctis Nova Pro Wireless headset for my PC. I have plugged it all in, installed the latest version of the SteelSeries engine, activated Sonar and what not, and I am getting a ton of audio distortion while watching videos. It sounds like the sound is lagging so it studders and becomes all electronic. I did not have problems like this with my Arctis 7 Pro wireless headset. I can't seem to find anything out of the ordinary and the various support documents aren't helpful. So, I come to you oh great Reddit users. What can I do to fix it?
