Arctis Pro fix cracked earpiece

My Arctis Pro headset earpiece has a crack in the plastic at the joint of the headband. I know that this is a very common occurrence. It's usually suggested to send them back, but my warranty is expired and I don't really have the money to replace them. Did anybody get them fixes themselves? I tried glueing the crack, but it immediately snapped again. Thanks for any advice!
