Arctis Pro Wireless - PS4 - Mic is not seen by PS4

I just bought the Arctis Pro Wireless headset and output works great, except the mic is not seen as an input option within the PS4 settings. The mic area is just grayed out, and the input option is shown as "none." My A50's work fine and show up under input. I have rebooted, re-paired, etc to no avail. Anyone else seen this issue? Thought I would try here before taking them back.
