Question for Siberia 800's.

I just got the Siberia 800's and am in love with the sound quality and battery switching, but I have a question. On the PS4, I get a very quiet and low static/white noise sound when its quiet and audio is playing. Is this normal for wireless headphones? You can't hear it when music or the game audio is continuous, just when its quiet.
