I have owned Arctis 1's for about 3-4 years now, and recently the audio started cutting out on them so I bought Arctis Nova 1's. On spotify, YT and discord the quality is amazing, but in games like COD 2024 and CS:2 the audio sounds really low quality. I even watched steelseries YT videos on how to fix, but it just doesn't work. The steelseries AI support bot doesn't help at all either. When I first got my Arctis 1's they showed up in steelseries GG, but then they didn't which I didn't think anything of, but thought that I can fix them through GG, but even the Nova 1's don't show up, even after reinstalling the GG app. Can anyone help?
