Hello everyone. I've been having this recurring problem with STEAM particularly with my STEAM Guard Mobile Authenticator. I am on my PC and open STEAM. When I have successfully entered my username and password, shortly after the STEAM Guard Confirmation box comes up as intended requiring the code that is being sent to my STEAM Guard Mobile Authenticator. Now I check my mobile phone and go to the STEAM Guard Mobile Authenticator App to get the code. I proceed to enter this code on the confirmation box only to have it REJECT the code. Thinking I must have made a typo, I wait for a new code to generate. After a new code appears I try it again, and the same thing happens. STEAM Guards says that the code I am using is incorrect. I have tried using the codes provided by my mobile authenticator and am now locked out from my account due to several failed login attempts. Please help. Should I just disable my mobile authenticator?
