I won a game in a giveaway, but the comp organiser didn't send me the key. I think they might have even blocked me o.O

I won a key for Ravenfield in this comp:

The organiser messaged me, telling me I won and to reply to the DM to claim the key.
I messaged them a few hours later as requested, but they didn't reply. I thought they must be busy. I gave it a few days, messaged them again, but it seems they blocked me?! It wasn't like I was rude or anything, I just said I wasn't expecting to win.

It's not a big deal, but I'm just wondering if anyone else in that comp had an issue too?
