Is eating raw meat dangerous?
Post Body
I feel pretty stupid right now, because I tried to make a rare steak, and used a thermometer for it too - I took it out of the pan when it was about 115ΒΊ F, and since it was red with some grey around it, I thought it was rare, so my father and I ate it. It was pretty chewy and didn't taste too good either. Kinda realize we ate it raw... are we gonna be sick?
