This weekend discount find from Kroger

Not sure the cut, label was majorly abbreviated but marbling and fat cap is all I need to see. Cast iron skillet on the grill is my method, pink salt only. In my pursuit of that beautiful crust I got this one more done than I prefer but it was still delicious.
