not really big on steak, more of a fish and pork person myself but I was asked to make a special at work and this is the result -wagyu hangar -horsey herb creme (tarragon chive parsley) -grilled asparagus -parsley tarragon oil -garnished with fresh horseradish tarragon and flake salt wanted to keep it simple hope i didn’t overdo it also put some fresh lemon juice on the asparagus before plating
