Hello everyone I want to dry age some ribeyes for the first time and have some research. I have seen some people use the umai bags. And others say I need to dry age in an unoccupied fridge. Could I use the umai bags in an occupied fridge or should I use an unoccupied fridge with or without the umai bags.
Any tips and advice help. Thank you.
