Any suggestions for serving steak in a way that isn't just a "slab of meat?"
Post Body

I cook steak somewhat frequently, and my local grocery store typically only sells my favorite cuts in packs of two or more. Sometimes this is fine, but other times I don't really have enough time to eat the second steak before it's not fresh anymore, and my freezer is super tiny/always very full, so I hate having to cram more stuff in there.

My boyfriend likes the taste of beef, but he's really not into eating what he's referred to as "slabs of meat" which is fair enough. We fend for ourselves most nights, but I like to cook for him (especially because it means he does the dishes) and if I can figure out a good-but-easy way to serve steak in a more palatable way for him, it'd be a great way to avoid wasting any food.

So, any suggestions for how you'd serve steak in a less slabby way?
