Prime rib 10lb Dry brined with salt overnight uncovered.
Made a garlic herb butter using a stick of Kerry's gold butter, pepper, rosemary, onion powder. Covered the roast with the herb butter. Smoked in the traeger until internal reached 125 degrees. Remove from smoker and rested for 3 hours. Seared in oven at 500 degrees for 10 minutes.
Was my first time making prime rib and first time using a smoker.
