Reverse seared filets done in a Breville toaster and finished in CI!

I was astonished how good these turned out having never used a Breville Joule to reverse sear steaks! Cooked 60 minutes @ 200° with convection on. Everyone loved them and thought they were better than when I sous vide them. Going to be my new go to!! Happy New Year all!!
