Tipping at McDonald's

If you are thinking of being awesome and tipping at McDonald's this year, basically all the mcdonalds in St. Catharines and beamsville/ grimsby do not allow their workers to accept tips. They go straight into the pockets of upper management. So if you want to, consider donating to the charity or don't at all. I know 3 people now who got in trouble for accepting tips.
