So, the past few times after using my Staub, I've noticed it's been like this. After each use, I've washed it with just water and a wash cloth, then let it dry, coated it lightly in olive oil, spread around the pot with a paper towel until it had a thin, shiny layer of seasoning. My question; what is this that I'm seeing? It came after cooking, so assuming it's some stuck, dry byproduct of my food. However, the Staub itself looks so dry. What can I do to clean this residue off and ensure it stays saturated with oils in the future? Thanks everyone! I'm new to this whole Staub thing.
