'Unable to locate Transaction Entry'

'Unable to locate Transaction Entry' - Parity

Not sure if I'm missing something, or just doing something wrong. I've been attempting to schedule a transaction on Parity since last night to no avail.

Parity is fully synced to current block. I have set Gas Price / Limit accordingly (200,000 Gas / 50 Gwei) and scheduled for the proper block start, but once I hit confirm it hangs on the "waiting for confirmations" page and Etherscan shows "Unable to locate Transaction Entry" on their site.

What am I doing wrong? Will it hang there until the block is reached? The tutorial made it seem like it would start getting confirmations right away.
