I signed up a couple days ago and authorized a $50 withdrawal from my bank account. Then, yesterday I got paid and authorized another $50 withdrawal. This morning, I go into Stash and see $70. What?
So I check my bank account and see a $70 withdrawal. But I didnt authorize that. Had to go to work so decided would deal with later. At lunch, see and email that says my $20 transfer to my bank account has been initiated. So I think, ok, maybe they are correcting the error of taking $70 instead of $50 and it's just a fluke that my first withdrawal was messed up. So, I go check my bank account and see not a $20 deposit but another $20 withdrawal from you fools. What is going on?
So, I log in tonight to send you a message inquiring as to why this is happening and see a $35 credit to my investment? Where did that come from.
Now I'm terrified of how much more money you clowns are going to take. My check book ledger is a wreck - yes, I keep a ledger - and I wonder if you will ever get this right? I pride myself in keeping a balanced checking account and you have thrown a huge wrench into that.
To say I'm unsatisfied would be a massive understatement. So tell me, how are you going to fix this? Or am I going to have to dispute these transactions? Ffs, you are a financial management company and you cant handle a simple bank transfer?
