Post Body
Hi all. As the title asks, what does "ramp" mean? I see it thrown around a lot in the sub, and I feel like I'm missing a big part of the game strategy by not knowing what it means.
Thanks!

In addition to the other comments, itβs also an example of trading Tempo for Value.
Paying 3 resources to play an additional resource gives you more Value over the course of the game. But if your opponent spends their turn playing aggressive units to deal lots of damage to your base, you might be dead before you get the chance to actually make good use of the resources.
