Rarity Guide?

Brand new to the game, just picked up a couple prerelease boxes. I have no clue where to look for relative rarity of a card. I know the Common -> Legendary scale, but there are additional foils, and borderless? And some Commons have the holo stamp at the bottom despite not being foil or borderless? Official website has not much info/insight.
