Are these instagram "Helmet clearance sales" a scam?

Ive been seeing a ton of ads from this seller bossnlab. He claims he's selling these for 8 dollars a piece and some even have LEDs or carbon fiber. Seems too good to be true, anybody know if this is safe or a scam?
