So a little background, I am at Startup Weekend (in Washington, DC) and working on a product called Brag.
Brag turns your customers' positive tweets about you into a testimonials section for your website.
Here's how it works:
Company (you) go to http://getbrag.com and register with Twitter (oauth).
Brag pulls the tweets you have favorited on the account.
You generate a javascript embed code and place it anywhere on your website.
Voila, your customers' testimonials on your website.
The site (mostly) works. You can see the widget in action right at the top. You can signup, preview what yours would look like (if you have no favorites, go to twitter, favorite some stuff before hand). The embed code should work too if you actually want to try it out on a live site. (note: beyond the front->signup->dashboard, the pages aren't done yet)
I'd love your feedback/thoughts on it here is fine but we also have a quick (6 questions max) survey here https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1eouqd1B97asRj3ODIzr3xahooaLiRjEIF9LluySeSgc/viewform
If anyone is adventurous enough to try it out on a live website, please let me know! I am looking to show some demo sites when we present it later today. If you think this is a good idea, feel free to tweet @GetBrag your thoughts and I will favorite it into our live testimonial on GetBrag.com :)
