Startup Founders on a startup business services agency, how do you overcome private funding, and win them?
Apparently all of us are startup from founding the agency, and we're all from the same niche, with diverse skillsets. I do much of the work in terms of lead gen strategy, however due to limited funding from our own pockets, it's really slow to move things around. I also lead fhe tech-side of things though my skills aren't really deep in languages such as python, I kind of understand what needs to be done, and lead them.
The other Co-Founders are on the Human Resource side of business, and Client success.
If we were to get funding privately, and someone from my network seems to be interested, I was planning on onboarding a CFO from within our circle to properly manage finacial affairs within the company, and maybe forecasting?
Any advice?
