I’ve been told I will be receiving an offer today for a tech company that is about to go Series A. It’s a US based company however I will work in Europe. Give me all the tips for negotiation and what I should ask for; I know equity is usually standard nowadays but I’m very confused about what vesting etc means and how to know how much equity to ask for. Sorry for the vague post. This is my first role in industry, after having spent the last few years in academia and public service. Need all the help I can get :-) thank you!
