Not everyone who is charged is guilty. You assume that they are criminals out of hand. Innocent until proven guilty exists for a reason.
And some of the law is for loitering and vague enough that suspicion becomes enough.
If you want a law like this, it needs to be narrowed in its focus, its broadness and vagueness will lead to it being abused.
I'm against any of these laws, no matter the location. I'm not familiar with those areas as I don't live there.
Also,the bill stipulates that a judge may bar anyone charged with or convicted of.
So it actually doesn't require a conviction.
This law just pushes the criminal acts into different areas, it does nothing to address the actual issues at hand. And some of the areas are not just for low income housing, some of the wealthier areas are part of this as well.
They don't need to be convicted.
And even then, if they served their time, they should be allowed back in society.
So rather than do something like increase social services, we'll just make social segregation zones that don't require an actual conviction

Just because I'm not familiar with that area, doesn't mean I haven't been in violent areas.
We're not going to agree so I'm done with this.
