I’m assuming that people who are using the new captain…er Lieutenant…don’t have a lot of really high powered crew members. I don’t have Pike so I can’t do Pike/Moreau. I don’t have either Picard or Crusher. But I want to maximize my crews. I’ve found that synergy isn’t really that powerful. I have been using TNG LaForge/TNG Crusher/Chen or T’lan.

I put Lt. Picard in the captain’s chair and I gave him TNG LaForge and TNG Crusher as his bridge officers. He did ok. About 10% more swarm than his LaForge/Crusher/T’laan alternative. But nothing overwhelming. And I can’t find anything on how to maximize him with optimized crew. Any ideas for great crew combos? I have quite a few rare and epic officers but they are mainly low tier. Most of my maxed out officers are common or green.
