It's getting more and more clear that your team just cannot handle these deadlines. I understand you guys feel the need to make record profits every single month, but the gane is going down the drain because of it.
Even reduce updates and new content to every 2 months. Hey, why not a battlepass every 3 months instead? Give the development team time to come up with great concepts and to execute them as well as they possibly can, instead of rushing out unfinished updates with unfinished features and more and more bugs every single month.
I've been playing this game for nearly 3 years and I can't remember a single moment this game ran smooth. Constant bugs, crashes, lag, errors and content mismanagement. Why do you guys hate your dev team this much? Why not give them, and the players a month to JUST BREATHE, instead of bombarding everyone with constant changes and updates that are making the game more buggy and more of a mess. This latest round of game breaking glitches is not an outlier, it's a culmination of years of insane pressure on the dev team and its only going to get worse and worse.
Stop with the laughable "compensation gift boxes". No matter how many times youve compensated us, nothing has ever changed. You guys are making SO MUCH GOD DAMN MONEY, for the dev teams and the player bases sake, just give it a break for a month. Focus on stomping out bugs and give the team time to explore why the game runs so so so poorly on almost every device. Let them work on fixing the game instead of giving them impossible deadlines for underdeveloped ideas that only make the game more convoluted and messy.
Tldr; WE ARE NOT YOUR BETA TESTERS. STOP RELEASING UNFINISHED UPDATES. GIVE THE DEV TEAM TIME TO FULLY DEVELOP THE IDEAS YOU INSIST ON IMPLEMENTING. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS STFC
