Multi role actors ruin immersion

So I'm slowly making my way through all the series, started with Discovery and worked my way backwards to TNG where I am now and every time I recognize an actor with multiple rolls it ruins my immersion because I start wondering if it's a character in disguise.
I'm not going to list every actor/actress since it happens so often but watched TNG's starship mine and immediately recognized Tim Russ when he walked onto the bridge, Picard even performed a Vulcan nerve pinch on him!
