About Klingon Culture
Post Body

I will admit that my memory of the Star Trek universe is a bit rusty. But I have always wondered about how the Klingons managed to create a flourishing civilization. If they are a warrior race and there is no honour in not being a warrior, how do they incentivise other occupations like scientists, tailors, comedians, janitors, etc? I would imagine that overwhelmingly favouring one occupation over the others would lead to a very unstable civilisation that wouldn't have made it to being an interstellar civilisation.

What am I missing? Any relevant episode that sheds light on Klingon Culture related to my confusion here would be appreciated!
