Without any spoilers can someone in general terms explain what people hate about the last episode of Enterprise?

I’ve seen a number of memes referencing the last episode of Enterprise being bad. I’m getting near the end for the first time and I’m a little apprehensive to watch it. I’ve luckily avoided the M. Knight Avatar movie and don’t want to fall into something similar. Will I regret watching the last episode?
