Memes are statements where you have to have contextual knowledge of how the words relate to the graphic. The Tamarian language has evolved to the point where the graphics are no longer necessary. Memes simply become statements because the entire language is built upon contextual knowledge woven into the fabric of the culture. Everyone knows who Shaka is. Everyone knows what walls fell and why. The language becomes the meme and accompanied information becomes irrelevant. Perhaps that's where our language is headed.
