Which Captain would you want to serve under?

Also, which ship? Doesn't necessarily have to be a ship that captain served on. For me, it'd be Pike. Rewatching S2 of Discovery and recently finished all of SNW and he's easily beaten out Jean-Luc to become my favourite captain. As for ship, I am a sucker for the comforts of the galaxy class Enterprise-D
