Casual trek fan, but I was hoping to get some great information. When a ship makes a huge turn in space, does the crew get thrown about the same as when hit by attacks or debri?

If yes, do they make an announcement before a dramatic turn is going to be attempted? If someone is doing a sensative task, wouldn't the being tossed about cause issues?

If no, why not?
