I'm going to start this off by saying that my girlfriend and I met about a year ago. This year we started dating. We have a very unusual connection to eachother. I firmly believe that we are with eachother to help grow and change the world, though now we are going through our own unique struggles. At the beginning of our relationship, I expressed how badly I wanted to partake in an ayahausca ceremony. This was LAST year. We talked about it a handful of times, and one time the ceremony was going to happened, but I backed out for personal reasons. We have NOT talked about it since.

These past 2 years have been a spiritual awakening for me. Much has changed, much has been revealed, and I am on a very interesting path of self discovery. I won't share all of my experiences that have led me to here, but it has most certainly been an awakening. These past 2 weeks have been a huge change in my life. I left a job that I was miserable at, I changed my living situation, I had a complete mental breakdown (hasn't happened in a long time) and my gf and I experienced our real first obstacle in our relationship.

What I am trying to learn about is something that happened in a very unique chain of events. I lost my job, but simultaneously while praying to the universe, another job presented itself to me. One that will have MUCH more meaning. I also had an incredibly strange dream where I woke myself up saying "I am a light worker". This phrase has NEVER came out of my mouth before. I'm not entirely sure what it means. Though I have done some research since then. When I was saying that out loud, it felt SOOOO INCREDIBLY TRUE to me. Shortly after waking, my girlfriend reached out to me saying that she had a pretty interesting dream or vision. She said that something told her she needed to help me partake in the ayahausca experience. She called me and said that she would pay for it. Again, we HAVE NOT talked about ayahausca THIS YEAR at all. She just said she felt something very intense like it HAD to happen. And she paid for it.

My questions here friends are: what is a light worker? Why does this seem extremely important to me? How can I advance my knowledge on this? What do you think of the fact that I had a dream of this?
