I was an active participant in the discord community, I suggested a couple items in the suggestion channel which are being included in a new release, I came in second and first place in two different contests. FLUFFYHOOF, one of their bed wetting little children who call themselves mods, banned me FOR LIFE from discord,
WITHOUT warning, because he did not approve of the topic of conversation in general chat. There were two women equally involved in the conversation, of course, he only booted the male (me).
I asked Sadaf in tech-support to bring this to the attention of management. I told him I would stop being a paying customer if they did not resolve this in my favor. Instead of taking it to management, Sadaf took it to the mods. Of course said they were right. It ainโt rocket science.
I had 1247 credits accrued before joining as a member. I was assured those credits would be returned when I stopped being a member. I stopped being a paying member because of the discord issue. And itโs been over a week and I STILL have not received the credits. Sadaf said (after assuring me in a message that I would not lose the credits) he had to send it to a supervisor. Why does issuing someone the credits that they earned require supervisory intervention? Sadaf has always been helpful, I am truly shocked at his sudden inability to make a decision.
This company is being run like a used car lot. Starry is an exceptional AI art tool. But as long as management lets children make management decisions, they will never be able to keep up with Leonardo, and DreamerLand, and SD, or any other of their MANY competitors.
Management: PLEASE get more involved with your company before it self-destructs.
