Having just read through this AP to run a slightly adapted version, I'm really impressed with the writing in it. NPCs are clearly written to help a dm roleplay them. The dark aspects of the plot are written in visceral detail, with a very modern social media twist on horror. I've always enjoyed the more horrific plots in this universe, urgathoa and zon-kuthon are some of my favorite antagonist gods, so I enjoy this AP a lot.
Most of all I appreciate this little hidden detail I didn't catch until just now.
