I have a mental concept of a character that I want to roleplay as, but I am having trouble picking theme, class, or specific class choices.

My idea is Babble the S.R.O. that was a character of a children television show on Absalom Station (Wall-E meets Sesame Street). His segment in particular was teaching children the various languages of races found on the Station. Yet he was ultimately unsatisfied with the small impact of his children show, and felt he could do more to unite all of the Pact Worlds. He believes that all violence is rooted in misunderstanding. He is optimistic about the nature and intentions of all beings.

The first idea for a build is to make him an Envoy Icon with the feat of Skill Focus in Diplomacy. However, I'm not sure what Profession he Icon backstory would lead into.
