So, I downloaded all prerequisite mods but still can’t find where to type the plug-ins to use in-game.

I must type certain plug-ins to add armour into the game. I tried console commands (not very experienced obviously) but it wouldn’t let me. Any idea where to type in the plug-ins to use them?
