Tried to sign up for the subscription service and it doesn't recognize either of my cards. Only says there could possibly be invalid card information. I've tried using a different account, I've tried using the cards from my phone. Nothing works, just says invalid information and rejects the card. Called the bank, they received nothing so it's definitely something with the service. I emailed the we are stardom account and haven't been responded to in 12 hours. Am I missing something, does it not accept debit information? What's the issue?
