Unable to login due to Unknown error

Can anyone help. I get this error at the login screen:
Unable to log in due to unknown error. I can log into the bnet launcher but not the game.
I'm able to play if I change to EU region but not Americas.
I've tried the scan and repair, uninstalling and reinstalling and same error message. Checked firewall to make sure the game is not blocked.
