Although we encourage everyone to use the Authenticator as an added security measure on the account, there are times when players need our assistance in getting it removed. Currently, there's an issue with our Battle.net self-help channel for the Auth removal that is currently redirecting players to Twitter for updates. We're aware of this, and are working to bring that page back up online.

In the meantime, if you need to reach out to us to have us temporarily remove your Authenticator for any reason, please use one of the options listed at the bottom of the following support portal.
